WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

We strive to prove the fastest delivery service we can. Normally the order will be dispatched in the same business day. But please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.


OUR RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your iXtra product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
Please note: iXtra offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER.

If you wish to return an iXtra product purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au, please contact us at info@iXtra.com.au.
We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

Processing time for returns is usually 2-7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
