To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 1 business days!

But please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your iXtra product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
Please note: iXtra offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

Processing time for returns is usually 2-7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.

I am very happy with the keyboard but I can't put my pencil it doesn't fit. that's all. would been fantastic if I could put the pencil
I really enjoyed this case, it was a bit clunky and the colour peels off. I liked it and it was practical until it fell apart on me, the hinge froze on one end and now is splitting. After sending photos to the company, I was blamed for the breakage without inspection or discussion and am now being ignored. I will not buy from this company again as they do not honour the standard of return to inspect or even have the decency to return an email.
Good fit and well made, however, touch pad is way too sensitive and probably too complicated function wise, which is a major disappointment for me.
