To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 1 business days!

Normally the order will be dispatched in the same business day.
But please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your iXtra product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
Please note: iXtra offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

Processing time for returns is usually 2-7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

Very good quality and price
Fit my iPad Pro amazingly but I’m having trouble profaning or pairing keyboard to iPad for some reason not sure why
You have not fulfilled my order 20 days ago, or at all for that matter. I contacted the courier company quoting the tracking number you emailed me and they have no record of this item in their system so not having yet received my order makes it very difficult to review except to say service not good enough for 1 star.
I would appreciate my item being delivered and a reply to the email I sent to your
company a week ago regarding this would have been good.
Recently received my Keyboard case for my IPad Pro 12.9”. It is great to use and I like that I can move the keyboard out of my way when not being used.
Bought the swivel keyboard case option and after using for a few days I find the following. This unit is not light as claimed. It’s actually quite heavy. With the iPad installed it weighs more than my MacBook Air. The weight makes it uncomfortable to use. When closing and opening I find it quite clunky and awkward to operate. The keys are very nice to type with. The back light is functional but somewhat gimmicky. The track pad is ok but I find the round mouse indicator terrible. It’s too big and hard to know where it starts.Not very accurate. I wish I could change the indicator to a line like on iPhones or on most computers and other cases. To be honest if I used one to test, I don’t think I’d actually purchase.Clearly manufactured for a price point. No choice now but to try to get use to it. We live and learn.
